Just got back from Plymouth after a 5 hour car journey, good to see all the guys down in the Plymouth scene, lots of people still riding even in the wet conditions and issues with parks getting knocked down. New park getting built in Plymouth under the direction of Martyn and its coming together pretty nice, will definitely have to roadtrip it again when its all done.
Got to say a big thanks to Greg, Kiel and Tom for letting me stay at their flat, cheers guys. Didn’t get many proper riding snaps as i was riding as much as possible so here are some random scene pic’s from the last 3day.. and an old school vid from 2008.
Prime Skatepark in Plymouth has started to go up with the skills of Martyn taking the lead. Its definitely something Plymouth needed after the news of CP getting shut down. Tip to Plymouth soon. See more here.
Well it looks like Central Park skatepark in Plymouth will be demolished to make way for a car park.
“The existing skateboard park will close at the end of the year to make way for the Life Centre, Plymouth’s biggest ever investment in sport and leisure facilities.”
Its the first Ive heard of it and its sad news as ive had many a fun sessions at that skatepark. I’m sure the locals feel the same, but it seems all is not lost. Check out the links below of a campaign to get new indoor skatepark in Plymouth.

Martyn’s been down and out recently with a broken leg but that didn’t stop him putting together a nice flowy trails edit of him riding at Tartan Trails. Get well soon mate.
Ryan put together this really nice HD trails video from down Plymouth way of the locals riding the trails. Looks like the summer has definitely started. Good to see the locals at Tartan shredding.

Everyone knows about Google Maps.. well now its turned into 3D Google maps (Google Street View)!! This is the only shot i could find of a skatepark.. Cobham Skatepark! Its not everywhere at the moment (tried to see my old Plymouth house but it didn’t show up).. see if your house is on there!
