Kingston Skatepark Jam
Well here it is, Kingston June Skatepark Jam
Well here it is, Kingston June Skatepark Jam
Kingston comp was a while ago and ive been pretty slack on putting up the video but here is one of the events on the day.. Game of Foot Down. Jake seemed to be on a take down mission, kids get taken out and then the bike ghosties start getting thrown in. Standard weekend at the park..
Hit the HQ to make it watchable.
Right then. We’ve got another BMX Jam on the Sat 27th June (also skate Jam on Sat 20th June) So get yourselves down there and go crazy.. or come down to the park and then go to the pub after and get crazy there…
Below is what to look out for when you go to Ktown park/Recycles or Evans. Make sure you sign them!!.
Also check out this for crazyness. If your a hater of foam pits try this STREET FOAMPIT… i think it say no flips on the signs.
Its been a while now but ive finally manage to put together a little edit of Kingston skatepark comp. Was a good day, weather was awesome and lots of people came out for it. Looking forward to the next one.

Some words from Scott about the Kingston Jam:
Hello all,
Thank you for making the event a success. As I am sure you are all aware the presentation to council people was well received; all councillors present wholly support the redevelopment, and London Borough of Richmond upon Thames committed £30,000 towards the project!
It would be great to meet up next Saturday 9 May at Kcafe from 11am to discuss the next stages of the project.
Hope to see you all then.
Cheers,
Scott
We got lucky with the weather in the end, proper nice sunny day. There was a fairly good turnout of both Riders and Skaters and I think a good time was had by all. Sam took the win in the comp with lots of whips and barspins. More importantly though the meeting with the council types went well and it looks like Kingston will be getting a sweet park around this time next year, as long as we can secure enough funding. A few provisional plans are in the K Cafe at the mo, so go have a look if you’re interested, but remember none of them are anywhere near being a final design. Here’s the photos.
At the moment i’m working on the video for the Kingston Jam that was held on Saturday. Not much filming was done so don’t expect anything amazing to come out of the footage! Any song suggestions hit up the comments!!?
And here is lots of random iphone pics because i can…
Remember! The Kingston comp/showcase/jam/day-of-general-radditude thing is tomorrow!
We need all the support we can get to ensure we get this park is funded and built right!
I think the new poster will frighten those of you even thinking about missing it…
Kingston Jam tomorrow! Meeting with council members on the day so it be good to show them how many people are interested in getting a new skatepark built!
