Search Fixed
Just a quick one to say the search field on the right has been fixed. It wasnt working too good for a while but now it will find anything. Even; porn, kev and a midget.

Right.. I’ve finally been able to sit down and sort some bits and pieces with the back-end of this site and it seems to be running nice and smoothly. I’ve even added a uploading feature where you can upload your images and display them on the site. Check out the images page or the thing below.
Lots of little changes going on to the site at the moment. Another change that i thought you guys should know about is the Images page here. I have sorted it so it now displays the most resent Image album at the top of the page. Makes more sense and a lot easier to get to recent pictures as well!
More changes on the way. James
Been tiding up the site a bit, updating bits and pieces, you wont know any difference its mostly to do with the backend coding of the site.
Something that you might like to know is the search feature is working a lot better now so try typing in your name in the search field on the right >> and see what comes up!
Im in Brussles at the moment so no recent updates but check out digitalbmx in Thailand! Cheers Si for the picture, seems like hes loving life traveling at the moment.
Had a problem with the contact forms in the last couple of days so if you have tried to contact me recently send me another message back!

Well its been a long time coming but I have finally got round to it. I’ve been meaning to re-skin the site ever since I re-vamped it back in December. Never seem to have the time to sit down and get into it, seems simple but it took a lot of work to get it to this stage.
I felt the old site had a little bit to much of a Web 2.0 colour scheme going on. Without straying to far from the Web 2.0 aspect I gave the site a bit more of a ‘grunge’ texture. I kept the white post colour background as it makes reading the posts easier and gave a nice contrast from the dark background.
Hopefully you like it.

Been doing a bit of sorting of the site so here are some new features i’ve put in:
Related Links – If you click on a page (via the title or the comment button) there will be a list of links of old posts similar to the one you are viewing. Just thought it was a cool way to see old posts so they don’t get lost forever.
Links – Updated a couple of links in the big Links page
Community – We are now on Facebook, Myspace and Twitter.. add us!
Contact Form – For some reason a lot of the contact forms weren’t working, redone them and now there working fine. Any pictures you want to put up then just hit me up and we can sort something out.
Crazy Mike Says So! – Go to Cyclopaedia and buy stuff from him.. he says so! Location here
Hooked us up with a myspace account, be interesting to see how many people still have a myspace account as it seems everyone has just migrated to facebook. Add us here. Ive sorted out a couple of links on the sidebar at the bottom of the page so if you wana add us on some social site then just hit the link!!!
Never really used Twitter before but from what i hear its something thats growing pretty big at the moment so thought i would set about setting up an account. This might fall on deaf ears as i don’t really know many people who are on Twitter but if you want to add us that be awesome, ive set it up so when there is an update on the site it get published on the digitalbmx twitter page. Check it out here!
I know for a fact everyone is on facebook nowadays. I signed digitalbmx up to a fan page. Add us here. Cheers!
Well you may or may not have seen that digitalbmx has been down for the last couple of days. After getting off to a good start with the redesign everything was going well. Updates were plentiful and the site had finally got to a point where i was almost happy with all the back end stuff you cant see/care about.
This is until i came back from seeing the ‘Yes Man’ with my gf (which is a great film by the way i recommend it) to find my website had fallen apart. Yes the site had been hacked. Potentially my fault i wont go into details but with all the work i was doing i left a port open and the $#*! got in. If i had written this post 2 days ago i would have used more nicely placed swear icons than that but the site is slowly getting sorted again so bear with me a couple of days while it gets sorted. Cheers. James
