James was right, my updates have decreased significantly since ive been able to ride again. Still not back to normal yet so gonna be taking it easy for a few weeks. You know the pizza boy by name and don't even need to read the menu

You go to sleep when it's light and get up when it's dark.

You live for getting mail.

Looking out the window is a form of entertainment.

Prank phone calls become funny again.

Highlighters are the coolest things on earth.

Rearranging your room is your favourite pastime.

Rubbish cheap £1 shops are so cool.

The weekend lasts from Thursday to Monday.

Updatero Good morning, it is a pretty good morning here, sunny and dry, and im home tomorow, so will see everyone at wingham, wis or esher, and milford prob. And chris Westys trails too, ooooo i miss trails, will be good to get back. Design stuff, well new gregcopeland.co.uk is up thankyou james, bit of a differnt design. I dont like this one anymore so expect a new design soon and expect to see james in a piss with me and really stressed. Twenty media is is starting to roll, new site design should be up soon, maybe in flash, its pretty different, but i guess the whole idea of that thing is a bit different from everything else. Anyway it should be cool and have some good stuff on there.

My new bling lens should arrive today too so that should be fun, thankyou student loan.

Random Ok well here is a random update because my toe hurts so not much riding has been done, i hate revising, so rather be out in the sunshine.. well i say that now as its raining non stop down here in plymouth. Coming home in less then a week. Four hours of driving home on my own, funfun. Here are some random pictures because im bored. Remember to look at the media page for new updates. here

Exams i hate Just a quick update, been riding bit more recently, lots of revising, ha! Well its over soon, don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Cant wait to have own house next year, will be good fun, plans for quarter is hopefully taking place soon, if si gets his arse in gear. Sorry bout the lack of riding pictures but not much to interesting has been happening apart from water play. Jumping off things are more fun then you think, its all in the mind.

In other news sherm and gareth have been doing some downhilling, well for there first time it didn’t go too well, from what i heard from Sherm:
“Gareth came last cos i had to take him to hospital (he bust his knee wide open) and i came second to last cos i only did one race (missed one cos i was at hospital) and on my ONLY run clipped a tree after a big drop and winded myself.” From what sherm told me they had to operate to make sure no more infection happened, so Gareth wont be riding for a couple of weeks, get well soon Gareth. Wasn’t really the greatest result, ah well. Im off to the beach, happy birthday Em.

Saltash and wind Did a update but microsoft is gay, so here is another saltash update! Revising is very boring, maybe some domain pictures tomorrow but dont count on it . summer taster first post on digitalbmxdotcom so here goes, the trails have been riding really good at the moment, been riding for ages even though theres allways a bit of rain in the morning, but we need a wet spell because the trails need to be bigger for the summer.
