XC Hemel Hempstead Skatepark

The XC Skatepark in Hemel Skatepark is the first indoor concrete bowl of its kind in the UK. It sits in a huge wearhouse with all types of other ramps. Below is a night session from the skatepark to give you and idea of what the ramps are like.

“XC Skate and BMX park houses the only indoor concrete pool and bowl complex in the UK! These measure 5x8ft and 5x9ft and will allow you to push your skating skills to new limits.”

Filmed over the course of the summer and fall of 2009, the Deluxe team spent some time on the road riding some of the U.K’s best trails. The team featuring Mark Mulville, Davros, Pompom, Frog, Max Bimar, and Aiden spent time at Barend, Organic, Aliano’s, Villij, Cothill, Chersey, Epsom, Wingham and Peynier while filming for this..

Go All Day – Chaz Ortiz – Gatorade

A Bike Made Almost Entirely of Wood

This is pretty cool, totally unpractical but looks really slick. Check out more at the Taxi Blog.

Designer Jan Gunneweg has created a bicycle that has a frame and wheels made of solid wood. Apart from the natural-tone brown rubber tires and metal chain, spokes and parts, Gunneweg’s bike is completely wooden.

Unit Clothing Houseboat Party: Behind The Scenes

To celebrate the launch of the our 2011 Summer Range, Unit put on a massive houseboat party for all our team athletes, models and V.I.P’s.

We took our cameras along for the day and filmed all the action, laughs and good times that went down. Think helicopters, lobsters, houseboats, a disproportionate amount of bikini-clad models, FMX barrel rolls and BMX front-flips into water, wakeboarding boats, Monster girls, Nitro Circus, Crusty Demons and Dew Tour/X Games athletes and thumping DJs, and you’ve got a recipe for one hell of a party and video!
